Checked. And fixed.

Social video QC, UK

Most quality checks send back a list of problems. Your team fixes them, sends the files again and waits to hear if they pass. We fix the problems first, then tell you what we fixed.Send one finished ad, plus any translations.
Get back every size and language you need, ready to post.

One ad. Every screen shape.

Every social size, from one finished ad.

The difference

Fixed, not just flagged.

Most QC sends you a list of problems.
We send back fixed files.

Typical QC

  • Tells you what’s wrong
  • Leaves the fixing to your team
  • Another round of checks after you re‑send
Result: a list of problems

QCed

  • Fixes what’s wrong
  • No extra work for your team
  • Delivered back passed, fixed and ready to go
Result: a file that passes

Questions

Quality control. Before an ad goes live, someone checks every version against the platform’s rules: size, captions, sound. Most QC ends with a list of fails for your team to fix. We fix them first, then tell you what we fixed.

Versioning means taking one finished master ad and turning it into every size, length and language you need, each one checked and ready to post.

A UK studio that checks your social video ads and fixes what it finds first, so you don’t get a list of problems back. We do multi-format versioning, social QC and overflow support for producers, agencies, in-house brand teams and post houses when their own team’s too busy.

Producers, agencies, in-house brand teams and post houses. Producers with tight deadlines and no time for another round of fixes. Agencies with lots of versions to deliver, or small jobs not worth booking an edit suite for. In-house brand teams with more work than people this month. Post houses that need extra hands when their suites are booked.

Every social size: 16:9, 1:1, 4:5, 2:3 and 9:16. We reframe and version your finished edit (the master) for each size, with the copy you supply.

No. Send them if you have them, and we’ll use them. If you only have the masters (a clean and a texted version of the finished ad), that’s fine too. We’ll ask a few questions first so we know what we’re working with.

Checks against each platform’s rules: sizes, captions and sound levels. Typical QC sends back a list of fails. Your team fixes them, sends the files again and waits for another round of checks. We fix what we find first, then tell you what we fixed, so the files come back ready to post. Already have a QC report? We’ll work through the fixes.

No, you supply the translation. We build each localised version from it and make sure every one fits and passes.

Passes QC, or you don’t pay. If we can’t get a file to pass, we’ll tell you why in writing. You won’t pay for that file. Social deliverables, in the scope we agree in writing. Terms apply.
